The publication on the Official Newspaper of 4th July 2005, N.153, of the law N.118, approved on 13th June 2005, regarding “the proxy to the government concerning the regulation of the social enterprise” and the following legislative effective decree of 24th March 2006, N.155, published on the Official Newspaper of 27th April 2006, N.93, introduced in our jurisdiction new rules for the work of all the subjects belonging to the non profit world, expanding their subjectivity and type of responsibility.
Our Office is able to support national and international social entrepreneurs through the development of associations, foundations and social enterprises and the evaluation of the social impact.
The “capitalist businessman” is evolving. It looks like he is becoming a “stakeholder capitalist”, where profit and common good are strongly tied and they don’t contradict each other.
Feeling the need to support a Social Enterprises development with social value, our Office offers highly qualified expertise as counseling and assistance for the foundation and management of such Enterprises. Our approach to them consists in applying the for profit logic to the non profit company: cost-effectiveness, efficiency, efficacy.
